Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”

Over the next few months, we're exploring four valo ways of being here in our newsletter...
These tenets are our guiding lights. They help define who we are on retreats, and in the world.
Last month we dove into openness. This month, we're going to explore the second guiding light, vulnerability.
Vulnerability can be scary and uncomfortable.
It invites us to push our edges and share parts of ourselves that maybe haven't yet seen the light of day.
Vulnerability is freeing, courageous, and life-giving.
It helps us to open up more fully with each other and ourselves. It's powerful.
As we look ahead to the next month, how can we share our vulnerabilities? When can we invite ourselves and those around us to fully open up?
How can we best support those who are being vulnerable?
We'd love to have you join us as we explore these questions ourselves and keep the idea of vulnerability on the forefront of our minds during the next few weeks.
Come along?
