day one: centering - catch your breath




The pace of this time can feel unfamiliar. Our thoughts may race but, for the most part, we've been asked to stay put.

With many people's offices now in their homes, and the news cycle in the palm of our hands, our circle feels compelled to hit "pause" intentionally from time-to-time.


We've tried to remind ourselves that it's okay to step away...and we invite you to join us.

Tomorrow morning, one of our guides (Henry) will be leading us in a meditation on Zoom. We'd love to have you come along! It will start at 8:00 am and last about 10-15 minutes.

No worries if you've never given meditation a try before! Henry will show us the ropes. It will be an invitation to pause, and connect, before the start of the day.
